Solid stay, great location
double windows comfortable bed electronic blinds
The room had double windows opening onto a balcony. I could step out onto the balcony. Electronic blinds were installed, great for total blackout or letting light in. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I experienced restful sleep each night.
There were no coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is ideal. The area behind La Madeleine is very central. I found the Opera area reachable on foot. The Rue Royale is also within walking distance. Though the parking was expensive.

The location is excellent with easy access to nearby restaurants. Staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast had amazing food options including yaourt granola and more.
The room I received was not the category I paid for. They did not change it when I asked. The armchair in my room was completely wet and soaked my clothes. I could not get room service after 7pm.

great location free internet nice gift
i appreciated the hotel's location. it was close to many attractions. internet access was great. one manager gave me a handwritten note with cookies and juice. i really liked that.
the armchair was drenched. we discovered it after sitting for awhile and made our clothes wet. the fridge didn't work.

The location is amazing. It is very central. it was also a safe area. we loved the spacious bathroom. the staff gave helpful directions and great recommendations. i walked everywhere from this hotel. It was ideal
one armchair was drenched, and i only discovered it after sitting on it for a while. the fridge did not work, and my water did not cool.

The front desk staff offered efficient check-in, and they addressed my inquiries quickly. My room featured comfortable beds and super clean bathrooms. The breakfast was well-served with a quality variety of food. (The pastries were divine!)
